My First Daily Vlog – Embarking on a New Adventure

In yesterday’s post, I mentioned that one of my goals was to embark on a new adventure and to do a daily vlog. (Also, if you haven’t entered the giveaway I posted yesterday, you can do so here.) I have finally completed this task, but not without some technically difficulties. *Rolling my eyes here!* It’s incredible how much work can go into editing a video, set up a space to record a “confessional”, or figuring out what the hell it is I want to say to people. LOL

In my vlog, I talk about the reason why I’m doing daily vlogs. In working on these daily vlogs, I hope to accomplish three things. 

  1. Learn to film/story-tell
  2. Learn to edit videos
  3. Take better photos/make videos cinematic 

Do you do any vlogging? Do you have any challenges and new adventures that you have taken on? Have you felt a little dejected when it comes to a new adventure? How have you conquered this challenge? 

Below is my first Daily Vlog and I’ll try to keep my future vlogs short. As for today, I have been recording a little bit for today’s vlog, but I’ve been mostly stationary and working on this website and Hey Viv & Stine’s upcoming  podcast episode. Hope you enjoy this!

This is my long lost podcast love. I created a podcast in 2019 and fell in love with this project of mine. Due to scheduling constraints, I was left to abandoned this podcast. Now with a new fervor for podcasting, I am reviving this podcast and have some amazing interviews lined up! Hello Vivie

Saving the best for last, my Hello Vivie blog. I’ve had this website for a few months now. Actually, I purchased it around the same time Christine and I conceptualized Hey Viv & Stine. It was during this conceptualization in which I played around with rebooting my blog, but calling it something different. Well, Hello Vivie! New adventures, new me! I hope you’ll follow along as I figure out my 40s and the ever vast growth of technological advances in social media – as well as tech in the physical world.
